Gorgonzola Cole Slaw




1 head of Cabbage, chopped fine

1 cup Mayonnaise (or a dollop, stir it and see if it coats evenly)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

A dash of Dijon mustard

half of a red onion

salt and pepper

Gorgonzola crumbles (not a whole lot since it’s so strong).
