Huskies don’t bark a whole lot, the “woo-woo”. It’s a low throaty growl that’s sometimes singsongy. Juneau has a “I want to go outside” woo, a “scratch me” woo and a “play with me” woo that all are distinctly different. She often woo-es instead of barking when I tell her to speak.
She also talks by this soft ever so quiet “oof” which makes her lips quiver…its really funny to watch:
