Pearl Reflection, a listening party
Saturday was the listening party for Pearl in a beautiful backyard owned by a Columbia local artist and photographer. The oodles of string lights made for a fun night of taking pictures and enjoying the tunes. They had snacks and marshmallows to roast and everyone brought lawn chairs and blankets for the grass. I got to stay with this pretty lady last night. She made us a lovely little Sunday lunch using Giada De Laurentiis's recipe (her newest cookbook). And all else that I need to say is : nom nom nom!

Spoonflower
Ever heard of Spoonflower? you can create your own fabric! Score! I was playing around with it and it’s super nifty and easy to use. I haven’t ordered anything yet, but here were some of the things I came up with so far…I just need to figure out a true purpose for creating a fabric…aka an excuse to get some.
