 Charley just spent his day off making these valentine's day chocolate truffles with fresh strawberries inside for a private event. 

 

And a little bit late, here is his latest wedding cake. Forgive the terribly lit pictures, he was working on a table in our garage. It was a very moist vanilla cake brushed with lemon glaze and frosted with lemon butter cream and fondant.
